Veggie World Paris 2017 France
October 14, 2017 @ 10:00 am - October 15, 2017 @ 7:00 pm UTC+1Eu10 – Eu12
Since it was first held in April 2016, VeggieWorld Paris has become one of the most significant gatherings of the vegan movement in France.
More than 100 exhibitors displayed, among other things, the very latest vegan foodstuffs, superfoods, food supplements and meat and dairy alternatives to between 8,000 and 10,000 visitors. In addition to vegan groceries and vegan cosmetics, visitors can also expect to see vegan hygiene products, clothing, accessories and cooking books too.
The on-site restaurant facilities cater for all tastes: from hearty veggie burgers with seitan steak, chickpea mayonnaise and sweet potato chips through to healthy, freshly mixed super smoothies featuring acai berry and anti-oxidants.
Types of visitors: vegans, vegetarians, raw food eaters and all those interested in sustainable eating. The proportion of trade visitors is 10% on average.
Lecture programme: lectures for interested consumers and trade visitors. All lectures are included in the admission fee.
Although French cuisine is generally considered to be full of meat and cheese, the trend towards vegan has long since gained momentum in France: new restaurants featuring vegan menus are opening up every week in the vegan heart of Paris, vegan street festivals are springing up all over the place, and French celebrity chefs are displaying an increasing number of vegan dishes.
France is a huge marketplace with incredible potential!
So, by working together with Swantje Tomalak, a trade fair expert who has excellent contacts within the Parisian vegan scene, we therefore managed to set up the very first VeggieWorld in Paris in April 2016. After a successful launch this year, we are now coming back for a second edition of VeggieWorld Paris in April 2017!
The Centquatre, located right in the heart of Paris, is the ideal location for VeggieWorld. It is a cultural centre featuring spacious facilities for professional trade fairs. It is easy to reach using local public transport facilities and is well-known to Parisians for premium consumer events.
