Join us for a 1- day health and environmental fair supporting a vegan lifestyle. This event features renowned speakers who speak on health, diet, compassion and environmental issues. Activities include food sampling, restaurants, commercial & non-profit vendors, fun for the kids and more. Our primary purpose is to raise awareness of the importance of a plant-based lifestyle and to help build a supportive vegan community.
Cam F. Awesome – Emcee
#1 Rank boxer in America on the way to the Olympics. Cam is a plant-based vegan living in Kansas City. He travels the world “to punch people in the face.” He also does stand-up comedy and motivational speaking.
Torre is seven time winning all natural body builder and holds pro cards with four distinct body bodybuilding organisations. Vegan since 1998.
Monique – Brown Vegan
Monique proves resources to vegan curious families who want a “down-to-earth approach to vegan life.”
Paul Shapiro – Vice President, Policy – HSUS
From 2005–2016 he served as the head of HSUS‘s farm animal protection efforts, where he played an integral role in numerous successful legislative and corporate campaigns to improve the plight of farm animals.
Shapiro founded Compassion Over Killing in 1995 and served as its Campaigns Director until January 2005.
Bruce is executive director of The Good Food Institute (see GFI.org) and co-founder of New Crop Capital (NewCropCapital.com).
Julieanna Hever, M.S., R.D., C.P.T. , The Plant-Based Dietitian,is a passionate advocate of the miracles associated with following a whole food, plant-based diet. Julieanna is the host of Veria Living’s What Would Julieanna Do?, author of the upcoming book, The Vegiterranean Diet, author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition, co-author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Gluten-Free Vegan Cooking, and the nutrition columnist for VegNews Magazine. Julieanna maintains a private practice in Los Angeles and lectures internationally.
