HELP US CELEBRATE 40 YEARS OF ANIMAL AID WITH THE WORLD’S BIGGEST VEGAN PARTY!
This is not about one single big event. Our idea is to pull together and inspire all the boundless creativity, talent, energy and commitment within the UK vegan community. Whether you are a business, cook, part of a campaign group, or an individual vegan, please do get involved. We want you to ‘do your own thing’ during the three-week Festival. From special events and promotions to vegan street parties, dedicated restaurant menus, online innovations, shop promotions and sponsored events, right down to individuals inviting their neighbours over for a meal or a slice of cake – we want everyone who supports the vegan ethic to take part.

People all over the country are beginning to understand how becoming vegan can benefit themselves and the planet. We who care about the food we eat and the animals we live amongst have watched how over the years our compassionate approach to living has come from the margins to the centre. Animal Aid has been at the forefront of this movement for forty years, so the time is right for us to mark their progress and our future with a grand, nationwide festival. I believe the time is right for a real celebration of life. The time is right for The Vegan Festival of Britain.
