SLC VegFest 2018 Utah – United States

Nearly 5,000 people attended SLC VegFest last year!

SLC VegFest is free, open to the public, family-friendly, and run entirely by volunteers. The event is a celebration of veganism and plant-based eating, featuring dozens of exhibitors, most of which are local businesses.

2018 Exhibitors
SLC VegFest features a variety of exhibitors, including local restaurants, packaged food retailers, nonprofit advocacy organizations, and other commercial vendors.

Speakers
Inside the auditorium, speakers presenting on topics related to animal protection and veganism.

Beer Garden
Ice Haüs and Piper Down present a festive, Octoberfest-themed beer garden in the middle of the festival.

Bike Valet
Ride your bike to the festival and let our friends from Bicycle Collective keep it safe while you have fun! Located on the North side of 200 East.

Children’s Area
Bring the kids! SLC VegFest has bounce houses, coloring, games, a scavenger hunt, and more.

Live Music
Enjoy live local bands in the outdoor amphitheater all day.

SLC VegFest is a community festival organized by Utah Animal Rights Coalition (UARC), a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Salt Lake City.

SLC VegFest is not just an event for vegans. It’s a day of fun activities and delicious food for the entire community. According to attendee surveys, 48% of attendees of our last VegFest event were not vegan. Our primary audience is Utahns interested in helping animals, reducing their ecological footprint, supporting local green businesses, living healthier, as well as anyone just wanting to enjoy a fun outdoor festival with their friends or family.
