Learn how to create stunning Indo-Oriental plant-based meals with Shambhu’s chef, Nishma Shah. Indian and Oriental cookery techniques can often be harmoniously combined to produce some delicious, nutritious and attractive-looking dishes. This demonstration-format cookery class, run by Shambhu’s chef, Nishma Shah is brought to you in partnership with The Jewish Vegetarian Society and JW3.

Nishma Shah, Chef of Shambhu’s will teach three stunning Indo-Oriental plant-based meals, all of which happen to be gluten-free and contain no added sugar: *note this menu may change slightly.

– Chilli tofu (no added oil, no added sugar),
– Vegetable manchurian (no added sugar), and
– Massaman curry (no added sugar).
