Alaska VegFest USA 2016

The theme for the 2016 event: Creating Healthy Communities Inside and Out by Eating Plants.
The programming for Alaska VegFest is suited more for adults and children 10 years+.
Research shows that people eating a whole foods plant-based diet live longer, healthier lives and in many cases can even reverse the effects of many of the chronic diseases plaguing Alaskan’s today. The Alaska VegFest is for anyone wanting to learn more about the many compelling reasons a plant-based diet is healthier for humans, the earth and for the animals.

Author of “Plant Peace Daily: Everyday Outreach for People Who Care”. Leading programs internationally for 30 years on compassionate living and all forms of nonviolence.
